- (a) all Delegates, Exhibitors & Sponsors that will be attending the Conference
Sessions (and must therefore pay Registration Fees) and will be enjoying Meals,
etcetera's and accommodation; as well as
- (b) all Guests/Spouses of Delegates, Exhibitors & Sponsors, as well as
Exhibitors & Sponsors who will not be attending the Conference Sessions and will
therefore not be paying Registration Fees, but will be enjoying Meals and
Accommodation, etcetera's,

SASNM’s Organizing Committee will be able to assist with invitation letters to accompany visa applications. Should you require such a letter, please send an email to ronell.m@lantic.net, but kindly note that an invitation letter will only be processed once your registration has been confirmed and paid.
